Inspection Comments |
STAFF WAS WEARING MASKS BUT MANY OF THE CUSTOMER DID NOT. CAPACITY FOR GAMING IS 2 PEOPLE AT THIS TIME. ALSO, ROLLER DOG TONGS MUST BE REPLACED EVERY HOUR WITH CLEAN AND SANITIZED ONES.
ROLLER DOGS HAD BEEN THROWN AWAY DUE TO EXPIRATION TIME AND NEW DOGS NOT ON THE ROLLER HEATER SO UNABLE TO TEMP THEM. |
HACCP Topic: GOOD SANITATION PRACTICES ESPECIALLY DURING THE PANDEMIC IS VERY IMPORTANT. BE SURE CORRECT SANITIZING SOLUTION CONCENTRATION IS AVAILABLE FOR WIPES. |
